Gafta develops the standard forms of contracts on which it is estimated that 80% of the world`s trade in grain is shipped and is keen to encourage the further use of its contracts within the trade.

Gafta owns the copyright to all of its contracts and, whilst Gafta contracts may be downloaded by parties wishing to trade, they must not be, stored, reproduced or used for commercial or promotional gain without the prior written permission of Gafta. Commercial and promotional gain includes, but is not limited to, electronic trading platforms.
